2. Add a border size 10 with your dark color.
Select the border. Effects - Texture Effects - Textures.
Select the Grain Long Deep texture.
Apply mosaic glass with the following settings:
Number of columns: 50
Number of rows: 50
Glass Curvature: 40
Edge Curvature: 5
Grout Width: 5
Grout Diffusion: 50

3. Add a border size 10 with your light color. Select border
and apply Andrews 22 - Random Rings with default settings.

4. Add a border size 10 with your dark color.
Effects - Texture Effects - Textures - Grain Long Deep.
Mosaic glass with previous settings.
Invert selection and apply a cutout with the following settings
Vertical: 5
Horizontal: 5
Opacity: 15
Blur: 5
Uncheck fill interior with color
Select none

5. Add a border size 20 with your light color.
Select this border. Apply a new layer.
Flood fill with the patter 08 with these settings:
75, 100
Apply mask - Lace
Layers - delete - click yes
Selections - Float - Drop Shadow with following settings:
5, 5, 30, 3
Select none

6. Add a border size 10 with your dark color. Select border.
Effects - Texture Effects - Texture - Grain Long Deep Texture.
Mosaic Glass with previous settings.

7. Add a border size 10 with your light color. Select border
and apply Andrews 22 - Random rings

8. Add a border size 10 with your dark color. Select border.
Effects - Texture Effects - Texture - Grain Long Deep Texture.
Mosaic Glass with previous settings.

9. Add a border size 25 with your light color.
Select border and apply Toadies - Blast n Blur:
X = 20
Y = 17
Invert selection and apply cut out with previous settings.
Invert selection and apply Filters Unlimited Frame 1.
Frame Size = 55
Contrast = 128

10. Resize image and sharpen.
Apply corners, accents and watermark.
