SUPPLIES
1. Select a light color from your image and set as your Foreground Color. Select a dark color from your image and set as Background color.
2. Masks - Load from disc - WSL 39 mask. Masks invert.
3. Use your selection tool - make a selected rectangle around your
masked image but leave approximately 1 inch between mask and selection.
Image - crop to selection.
4. Add a new layer - Send to bottom. Flood fill with your light color.
5. Add a border size 5 with your background color. Select border. Apply NVR Bordermania Frame 2. Change top to settings to 5.
6. Add a border size 5 with your light color. Select border and apply Bordermania setting.
7. Apply a border size 5 with your dark color. Select border and apply Bordermania setting.
8. Add a border size 15 with your light color.
Select border and apply Andrews Filters 25 - Lots of ripples.
Use the default setting.
Texture Effects - Mosaic Glass - default setting.
9. Add a border size 5 with your dark color. Select border and apply Bordermania setting.
10. Add a border size 5 with your light color. Select border and apply Bordermania setting.
11. Add a border size 5 with your dark color. Select border and apply Bordermania setting.
12. Add a border size 25 with your light color.
Select border and apply Filter Factory B - James Bondage.
Andrews Filters 25 - Out on the town - default settings.
Simple Filters - 4 way average.
Filters Unlimited - Buttons and frames - Glass frame 3
13. Select none - add corners and watermark.
