Flood fill with your gold pattern
Invert selection and apply a cutout with the following settings
0-0-65-20 color black
Select none
2. Add a border size 10 with your dark color.
Select border and apply NVR Bordermania - Frame 2.
Change the top 2 settings to 10
Select None
3. Add a border size 20 with your light color.
Select and apply Screenworks - Canvas mesh
Select None
4. Repeat step #2
5. Repeat step #1
6. Add a border size 25 with your light color.
Select and apply Filter Factory "T" - Minotaurus Rex with the following settings
10, 10, 10, 20, size = 0
Apply Filters Unlimited - Buttons and Frames - Glass Frame 2
Frame size = 10, Shading = 150
Select None
7. Repeat step #1
8. Select All - Modify - Contract by 80
Invert selection
Apply Filters Unlimited - Buttons and Frames - Glass Frame 2
Select None
9. Resize - Sharpen - Add corners and mark
