SUPPLIES
1. Open your image. Apply a new layer and flood fill with the gold pattern.
Layers / load or save mask / load mask from disc. Select the AMG_8mask and apply. Layers delete. Click yes to merge.
2. Selections - Select all - Selections - Float. Add a drop shadow with the following settings:
Select None
3. Add a border size 1 color black
4. Add a border size 5 color white. Select and flood fill with the gold pattern. Select none.
5. Add a border size 1 color black
6. Add a border size 20 color white. Flood fill with the gold pattern. Select the border and apply simple filters diamonds. Effects - Filter Factory E - Mo Jelly Fish - use the default setting. Adjust - noise - add noise - 50% uniform. NVR Bordermania Frame 2 - Change the top 2 numbers to 20. Select none.
7. Add a border size 1 black
8. Add a border size 5 color white. Select border. Flood fill with gold pattern. Adjust - noise - add noise - 50% uniform. Effects - NVR Bordermania - Frame 2 - Change the top 2 numbers to 5.
9. Add corners or accents.
