SUPPLIES
1. Open an image and duplicate twice. Minimize one.
2. Select a dark color for your foreground and a light color for your background.
Set these colors in your swatches to make it easier.
3. Add a border size 5 with your light color. Select this border.
Apply NVR Bordermania frame 2.
Change the top 2 settings to 5.
4. Add a border size 5 with your dark color. Select this border.
Apply NVR Bordermania frame 2.
Change the top 2 settings to 5.
5. Add a border size 5 with your light color.
Select and apply NVR Bordermania frame 2.
6. Select all - contract by 15. Invert and apply Filters Unlimited, buttons and frames -
Glass Frame 3.
Select None.
7. Add a border size 15 with your dark color and select. Go to patterns and select the minimized graphic.
Angle 45 - Scale 50. Flood fill this border with pattern.
Adjust - Add noise 15% uniform.
Adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 5.00
Filters Unlimited - Glass Frame 3.
8. Add a border size 5 with light color. Select and apply Bordermania frame 2.
9. Add border size 5 with dark color.
Select and apply Bordermania frame 2.
10. Add a border size 5 with light color.
Select and apply Bordermania frame 2
select none.
11. Select all - modify - contract by 15.
Invert - apply Filters Unlimited Glass Frame 3
Select none.
12. Add a border size 25 with your dark color.
Select this border.
Go to patterns and flood fill with your minimized graphic with same settings as before.
Adjust - noise - add noise 15% uniform.
Adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 5.00
Simple filters - 4 way average.
Simple Filters - Top Left Mirror.
Filters Unlimited - Glass Frame 3.
Select None.
13. Apply corners and watermark.
