Select a light and a dark color from your image and add to swatches for easy access
1. Add a new layer and flood fill with your fg/bg gradient.
Apply the sc-edge38 mask
Layers - Delete - Click yes to pop up box.
Select all - Float - Apply a drop shadow with the following settings
Vertical: 5
Horizontal: 10
Opacity: 30
Blur: 3
Color: Black
Select None
2. Add a border size 5 with your light color and select.
Add noise 50% uniform.
Apply Graphics Plus Cross Shadow default settings
Select None
3. Add a border size 15 with your dark color and select.
Apply Filter Factory A - Holidays in Egypt - size = 25
Apply Simple filters - 4 way average
Apply filters Unlimited - Buttons and Frames - Glass Frame 2
Frame size = 15
Contrast = 128
Select None
4. Repeat step 2
5. Add a border size 5 color white and select.
Flood fill with your silver pattern
Select None
6. Add a border size 20 with your dark color and select.
Apply Andrews Filters 57 - Dotty - Dotty
Settings top to bottom:
48, 13, 49, 49, 49, 49, 19, 49
Apply Filters Unlimited - Buttons and Frames - Glass Frame 2
Frame size = 20
Contrast = 128
Select None
7. Add a border size 15 with your light color and select.
Apply Filter Factory B - Sliding Spirals
Apply filters Unlimited - Buttons and Frames - Glass Frame 2
Frame Size = 15
Contrast = 128
Select None
8. Add a border size 5 color white and select.
Flood fill with your silver pattern.
Apply NVR Bordermania - Frame 2 - Change top 2 to 5
Invert and apply cut out with following settings
Vertical: 5
Horizontal: 5
Opacity: 15
Blur: 5
Apply cut out again changing Vertical and Horizontal to - 5
Select None
9. Select all - modify and contract by 70 then invert.
Apply Filters Unlimited - Buttons and Frames - Glass Frame 1
Size = 70
Contrast = 70
Select None
10. Resize image and sharpen. Decorate and apply mark
