Apply Filters Unlimited - Glass Frame 2
Change frame size to 10.
Select None
3. Add a border size 5 color white and select.
Flood fill with your silver pattern.

4. Add a border size 15 with your dark color and select.
Apply Distort Filter - Radial Zig Zag.
Apply Filters Unlimited - Glass Frame 2.
Do not change settings
Select None
5. Add a border size 5 color white and select.
Flood fill with your silver pattern.
Select None
6. Add a border size 25 with your light color and select.
Apply Crescent Moon - Terracotta
Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Glass with following settings
Number of Columns and Rows = 50
Glass Curvature = 40
Edge Curvature = 5
Grout Width = 5
Grout Diffusion = 50
Select None
7. Add a border size 5 color white and select.
Flood fill with your silver pattern
Select None
8. Add a border size 15 with your light color and select.
Apply Simple filters - Diamonds
Apply Filters Unlimited - Glass Frame 2
Do not change settings
Invert selection and apply a cutout with the following settings
Vertical = 2
Horizontal = 2
Opacity = 20
Blur = 65
Select None
9. Add a border size 5 color white and select
Flood fill with your silver pattern.
Select None
10. Select All - Modify - Contract by 85
Invert selection
Apply Glass Frame 2
Do not change settings
Select None
11. Resize and sharpen
Add corners, decorations, and mark
