1. Open graphic and select a color from your graphic.
2. Add a border size 3 color white. Select and flood fill
with the gold pattern. Invert and apply a cutout with the following settings:
Vertical and Horizontal 0
Opacity 65
Blur 20
Color Black
Select none
3. Add a border size 10 with FG color. Select border. Effects - Filter Factory L - Four Rings - apply. Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Glass - Default settings.
4. Add a border size 3 color white. Select border and flood fill with the gold pattern.
5. Add a border size 20. Select border. Filter Factory B - James Bondage.
Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel with the following settings:
6. Add a border size 3. Select and flood fill with the gold pattern.
7. Add a border size 10 with your FG color. Effects - Filter Factory L - Four Rings. Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Glass - Default settings.
8. Add a border size 3. Select and flood fill with the gold pattern.
9. Add a border size 25 with your FG color. Effects - Funhouse - Bugeye. Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Glass - Default settings Effects - Filters Unlimited 2 - Buttons and Frames - Glass Frame 3
10. Apply corners and decorate as you want
