This tutorial was written for blue colors but any other colors will work.
1. Select a dark blue and a light blue from your image.
2. Add a new image to your graphics and flood fill with your light blue color.
3. Add a border size 5 dark color. Select border and apply NVR Bordermania Frame 2.
4. Add a border size 15 with your light color. Select border.
5. Add a border size 5 color white. Select this border and flood fill with your gold pattern.
6. Add a border size 5 with your dark blue color. Select border and apply NVR Bordermania.
7. Add a border size 25 with your light color.
8. Add a border size 3 color white. Select border and flood fill with your gold pattern.
9. Add a border size 5 with dark color.
10. Add a border size 5 with your light color.
11. Add a border size 5 with your dark color.
12. Select all - modify - contract by 15.
13. Apply corners, decorations and watermark.

Add these to your swatches for easier access.
Apply the 73kris mask. Invert the mask.
Layers - Delete.
Click yes when question box pops up.
Selections - Select All - Selections - Float.
Add a drop shadow with the following settings
10,10,50,5
change the top 2 numbers to 5.
Apply Graphics Plus, Cross Shadow.
Apply NVR Bordermania, Frame 2, change top 2 numbers to 5.
Change top 2 numbers to 5.
Select border and apply Graphics Plus Cross Shadow with default setting.
Apply a new layer and flood fill with your gold pattern.
Apply your 65kris mask. Select none - Merge all.
Apply NVR Bordermania changing the top 2 numbers to 3.
Selections, Invert. Apply a cut out with the following settings:
5, 5, 15, 5 - color black -
fill interior with color unchecked.
Apply NVR Bordermania and change top 2
numbers to 5.
Apply NVR Bordermania and change top 2
numbers to 5
Apply NVR Bordermania and change top 2
numbers to 5
Selections - Invert.
Apply Filters Unlimited - Buttons and Frames -
Glass Frame 3 - Settings:
Frame Size = 15
Shading - 50
